Email us a scanned copy of your government-issued ID and High School Diploma or High School Equivalency. Screenshots of documents are not accepted. You may also upload your documents using AUMT’s secure filing system.

• Complete Application & Policies

Once we receive your documents, we will email you the Application & Policies via DocuSign for completion.

 

• Receive Payment Instructions

After we receive your completed paperwork, we will send you the payment instructions if the $245.00 registration fee has not yet been paid.
